She counts over 10 years of experience in providing Audit and Assurance Services to various industries including Hotel and Restaurants, Manufacturing , Wholesale and Retail, Information Technology, Agriculture , Education , Construction , Export and Import , Real Estate and Non-Profit Organizations.

In addition , she has extensive experience and knowledge in the Taxation of Sri Lanka including direct and indirect tax compliances and tax advisory. Further , she has specialized in Project Report writing .

Ishara is an Associate Member of institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka since 2018 and she graduated from University of Sri Jayewardenepura, and achieved a first class in Accounting. As well as she was the Island 1^st in 2011 A/L in commerce stream.

Ishara has more than 7 years of experience in Accounting and Auditing sector covering wide range of industries of health care, hotel and restaurant, manufacturing, wholesale and retail, export and import, construction and non-profit organizations. Further she has specialized in tax consultation.
